Provident4Women: Passion

How many of us can say we're truly living our passion? In this video produced for the Provident4Women website (Provident Bank's community created by women for women), I take viewers inside the struggle of pursuing their dreams. 

 

Provident Bank Business Spotlight: Cox Printers

I pitched the idea of a series of customer business spotlights — and then helped bring them to life. Armed with nothing more than a camera and sheer will, I scripted interview questions and helped shoot and edit video to post to the bank's site and social accounts. The efforts were grassroots, but the benefits were immense and symbiotic: the bank gained more social traction, featured businesses increased brand awareness, and followers learned more about organizations doing good in their local community.

The ROCing Mash!

Recognizing Outstanding Commitment (ROC) was Provident Bank's  newly revamped employee recognition program — and I lent a hand to the committee that created the group from the ground up. From helping to develop the ROC section of the employee Intranet, to creating engaging promos, email announcements, and videos, I aimed to invigorate the program and ensure employees felt appreciated, recognized for their hard work and dedication, and part of something bigger than themselves (and, of course, entertained!) 

This video nabbed the win for Bswift's 2016 "Fun at Work Award," a turning point for a highly traditional and conservative financial institution! Past winners of the award include Ulta Beauty and the Cheesecake Factory.
